JEFFREY B PREITAUER
CEO and President
Senior Managing Partner
Jeff has over 30 years as a Private Investor and Business Developer with a wide range of companies in all different industries across North America. Jeff brings to the table extensive knowledge and experience in professional partnership development and direct and indirect channel strategies for vertical market penetration. Jeff has sat on the board of directors for multiple IT and Energy Solutions companies and has assisted with major business, investment and financial decision making. Jeff also brings the ability to critically analyze and evaluate current and future market trends and measure the potential risks and hazards that are involved. He has long-lasting professional relationships with education institutions across Canada as well as major tech manufacturers across North America.
ANDREW SZABO
CFO

Andy is founder (2003) and Managing Director, dba Greenwich Financial Management Inc., which advises and raises capital for select ventures. He has counseled clients in many industries, including chemicals, energy, software, biotech, and luxury goods. Before Greenwich Financial, he worked for sixteen years in institutional sales and trading on Wall Street, at three firms: Lehman Brothers, Kidder Peabody and UBS Securities. Andy holds a charter as a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a Registered Representative of Venture.co Brokerage Services, LLC (Member, FINRA/SIPC) and is licensed Series 7, Series 66 and Series 79. He earned a JD from Yale Law School (1984). He is an active father of five children and lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, although he runs his business from Manhattan. He likes to practice a Chinese martial art called nei gong.
BRENT DIRCKX
Business Development
Brent Clinton Dirckx is a Doctor of Natural Medicine. Brent received his doctorate in 2014 which is certified by the EBNMP of Canada. He also holds a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Fanshawe College.
During the last 6 years, Brent has been focused on helping patients that struggle with anxiety with the help of CBD (cannibanoids) through Medical Cannabis treatments.
During his free time, Brent enjoys wakeboarding which also ties into his certification from WSWC to teach wakeboading, water skiing, wake surfing and barefoot water skiing. Brent is the sole proprietor of Kuttin' Butter Water Sports, that runs on Lake Erie Ontario Canada
MARK S STEVER

Mark’s talent and success in concepts are born out of a unique combination of hands on business management experience in sales and marketing having founded several advertising and imaging companies in both the US and Canada. He has an extensive network and was one of the Managing Partners of a Merger and Acquisition Company, Recently he has consulted and coached with small business in a variety of different genres in restoring profitability and implementing management and marketing strategies for existing and new product roll outs. His fundamental success was in signage and display fabrication for commercial/institutional applications ranging from small format monitors to large scale illuminated sign cabinetry for exterior and interior use. Including spectaculars (Times Square) and roadside billboards (small city suburbia). Advanced lighting technologies with a primary focus on signage programs for diverse multiple environments, specializing in retail and sponsorship values. Multiple location integration with scalable revenue stream programs, custom retrofitted to the appropriate market. Signage and lighting development from concept to creation with a unique marketing maintenance program model. (26 years industry, 14 years business).
Mark was instrumental in the taking of two companies to the stock market in New York. He is the founder of a Healthy Snacks company and has created many proprietary and unique recipes for nutritional school programs and people with health issues and allergies. He has done business in many European and Asia countries including China, South Korea and Mongolia.
Mark brings his unique vision and skill set, unbounded optimism, energy and enthusiasm, and his extensive network of contacts spanning a vast number of industries and specialties to all the projects in the OLG Initiative
